Editors Corner

This week we celebrate the intelligence and splendor of Nature.  Yesterday in the US was Thanksgiving, or what we affectionately call “Turkey Day” because turkey is often depicted as the centerpiece of the Thanksgiving feast.  I must admit, until I watched the amazing documentary, “My Life as a Turkey”, I never thought much about turkeys.  This very touching story of naturalist, Joe Hutto, bonding with wild turkeys is incredibly enlightening.  My words cannot adequately describe the experience as this story unfolds. Please watch it. Click here

Next we are proud to bring you a story from one of our own readers who is creating an adventure with nature in South Africa where he is volunteering at the Great White Lion Protection Trust.  Wolfgang Gerads is working to preserve the endangered species of white lions.  His words tell the story best. Read it here. Click here

Another reader contributed a great story about how her friends in the unseen communicated through her computer to protect her and how she solved the mystery of their cryptic message. Click here Thanks Paulina, for sending us your story. It’s pretty amazing.

Nature shows her splendor in the delicate and outrageous plumage of the winged kingdom.  In Bird Watch this week nature out shines any fashion designer in this gorgeous parade of bird photos. Click here

Theaters across the US are filled to capacity with movie goers becoming students of Abraham Lincoln’s historic struggle to pass the thirteenth amendment to the US Constitution, banning slavery in the United States.  I mention this movie because is it indeed a history lesson that is alive and well in our country and around the world.  Slavery lives in the shadows.  Lisa Kristine shines a light into those shadowy places in her shocking expose of modern slavery. Click here  Nothing has ever been so out of alignment with nature as slavery.  Abraham Lincoln called slavery an “abomination and a sin against nature.”  This video will break your heart. It broke mine.  But we have to shine the light into this darkness to bring hope and freedom to slaves of every nation.

“The Urban Homestead” is a wonderful short film about a man who took a stand for freedom for himself and his family.  That man is Jules Dervaes and he lives on one fifth of an acre one mile from downtown Pasadena, California.  This is all he could afford when he decided not to be a victim to big corporations that had begun to introduce Genetically Modified Foods into their products.  His message is one of hope declaring, “You have to start with what you have. ” And “Don’t look to others to change— you change.”  The Dervaes family lives close to nature and a million miles away from the enslavement of conformity. Click here

Another opportunity to choose nature over big corporations is in your health care decisions.  Hold that thought as you read this week’s Remedy of the Week.  The powerful, pure, natural medicine of essential oils is the lifeblood of the plant world and hold the highest frequencies in our material world.  Their fragrance is mystifying, and applying their frequency transmutes our lack into a balanced state so that healing spontaneously restores our cells. Click here

I am off to take a walk in nature and whisper a prayer of thanksgiving for my freedom to choose and the blessing of the natural world I all too often take for granted.
May nature keep you safe and nurture your spirit in the weeks to come.

My Light to the World
Submitted by MC2020 reader, Wolfgang Gerads, South Africa

This story has been published as it was received by MC2020.

Dear Jan, dear Ben

I know you sometimes run stories of students,
who have gone into the world to “be a light to the world “.

Here is mine.

In December, 2010 I turned fifty and decided to take my life into a whole new direction. In January, 2011 I moved from Yelm, after 22 years in RSE and the community to live in the heart of Timbavati, next to Krueger National Park, South Africa.
Talk about change,…Even the sun tracks the other direction here.
Since then, I work as a volunteer in the Global White Lion Protection Trust, a non-profit conservation/research/ spiritual organization, wholly dedicated to the protection of the White Lions of Timbavati in the Northeastern corner of South Africa.
These White Lions are exceptionally rare and endangered, not albinos, but white furs and usually blue or light green eyes. Deep eyes for sure, kind of remind me. They get born to tawny or white lions and occasionally resurface in the wild here. Sadly, most of them are either sold to zoos worldwide, or worse end up as captive breeding stock or game in the South African trophy hunting industry, for a huge premium of course.
This organization has acquired enough land at the moment to sustain three small prides of altogether seven white and two tawny lions in as wild and natural a habitat as possible in their ancestral homeland.
One aspect of our work here is to research the genetic matrix of the White Lions, led by scientist Jason Turner,MSc, to eventually get these lions officially protected in their own right and then to release them into the wild. Currently they are lumped together with all lions, hence hunting or selling them remains legal in South Africa.

Beings of the Future are Here With Us
Submitted by MC2020 reader Paulina Amador

Hello Dear Master Connections,
I will like to share with the RSE students an experience that i recently had, communicating with the ORBS on the iovilus app. They pointed out an air/propane problem i had at my safe place. It is fixed now thanks to the information they provided.

I am attaching the story as well as the words/images, about what they wrote to me so i could find about this problem, before went to our safe place, this coming December.
The story may be helpful to other students, for them to ask the ORBS questions that may be relevant or helpful to them.

Kind Regards,
Paulina Amador

On November 11th 2012, while chatting on my IPAD, with my now officially best friends from the other side. They informed me about a problem/error they found, with the airflow on my current home.

Orbs are truly looking for our well-being…

The following day a contractor was finishing installing a third vent to our safe place, to increase the air circulation. And was planning to complete his job the next day of my conversation with the ORBS. The beings clearly communicated and warned me via the iovilus IPAD application. They wrote the following words.
PROPERTY, AIR, ERROR, THIRD, AGAIN, FOUND, SCAN, NOW, SALLY, FREE, ENEMY, REASON, HORRIBLE, EVER, PANEL, DOOR, AMONG. It concerned me that they where precisely speaking about the air, so I started to think about the possible errors. Maybe the third vent was too close to the exhaust from the propane boiler? Maybe the vent needed to be higher, lower, further away. I went on with my session with the ORBS and ask them, to specify what the problem was. There answer was: STEP, EXPLAIN, EYE, DRAW, STAR. The first image that came into my mind was that card that the RAM had us makes with a BLUE STAR over our property. I understood that the drawing of the BLUE STAR would help me to discern what the problem was.

Just Wondering

The Great Transition
“There is enough food, water, energy and natural resources on the planet for every human being. There is just not enough money to pay for it. There never was, and there never will be. Together humanity is marching forward towards a new world, one of absolute equality for every human being, where the illusion known as money is discarded, swept aside for a true currency called love”. - Gary Mitchell Weinstein

by Gary Mitchell Weinstein - Contributor

After blogging, writing and speaking about it for over a year and one half now, one thing seems clear and has been a constant in my mind: Humanity is in the midst of a Great Transition. We are in an epic struggle between fear and love, all seven billion plus of us. As Bucky Fuller once said, “We are blessed with technology that would be indescribable to our forefathers.

GEOMAGNETIC STORM WATCH: A geomagnetic storm is brewing around Earth's poles following a CME strike on Nov. 23rd. A second CME is en route, due to arrive on Nov. 24th. NOAA forecasters say there is a 65% chance that the second strike will trigger strong storms at high latitudes. Auroras from the first CME strike on Nov. 23rd were weak. On the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, photographer John Gray knew just where to look--at the end of the rainbow:

"It was not a very strong aurora, but there all the same," says Gray. "I hope it gets stronger [when the second CME arrives]." For readers who are puzzled by the apparition of a rainbow at night: This is a lunar rainbow or 'moonbow' caused by bright moonlight reflecting from water droplets in distant rain clouds. Auroras are never found at the end of daytime rainbows, but the end of a lunar rainbow is often a good place to look.

Remedy of the Week
Healing with Essential Oils

(This article is an excerpt from “Emotional Healing with Essential Oils” by Daniel Macdonald)

Healing the Physical Body
Essential oils are powerful physical healers. They assist the body in fighting unfriendly micro-organisms, purifying organs and glands, and balancing body functions. Some essential oils are considered to be 40 to 60 times more potent than herbs. Oils range from being anti-bacterial, to antiviral, and anti-inflammatory in nature. Essential oils rapidly heal the physical body, raise the body’s vibration and balance the systems of the body.
Healing the Heart
As the oils secure our physical health, they provide us with the energy needed to penetrate the heart and enter the emotional realm. Essential oils raise the vibration of the physical body. As the body lives in higher vibrations, lower energies (suppressed emotions) become unbearable. These feelings want to release. Stagnant anger, sadness, grief, judgment and low self-worth cannot exist in the environment of balance and peace, which essential oils help to create.

My Life as a Turkey

After a local farmer left a bowl of eggs on Joe Hutto’s front porch, his life was forever changed. Hutto, possessing a broad background in the natural sciences and an interest in imprinting young animals, incubated the eggs and waited for them to hatch. As the chicks emerged from their shells, they locked eyes with an unusual but dedicated mother.
Deep in the wilds of Florida’s Flatlands, Hutto spent each day living as a turkey mother, taking on the full-time job of raising sixteen turkey chicks. Hutto dutifully cared for his family around the clock, roosting with them, taking them foraging, and immersing himself in their world. In the process, they revealed their charming curiosity and surprising intellect. There was little he could teach them that they did not already know, but he showed them the lay of the land and protected them from the dangers of the forest as best he could. In return, they taught him how to see the world through their eyes.
Based on his true story, My Life as a Turkey chronicles Hutto’s remarkable and moving experience of raising a group of wild turkey hatchlings to adulthood.

GMO Labeling Fight Moves to Washington State
Activists in Washington State have been hard at work on I-522, a November 2013 ballot and legislative initiative to require mandatory labeling of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). And they need our help! Building on our Movement's near-victory in California (where we got 48% of the vote, despite being outspent five to one) the Label It WA team is rushing to meet a December 31, 2012 deadline for signature-gathering. They’ve already collected 230,000 signatures. But they need 100,000 more by December 31 to make sure they have the 241,153 valid signatures required to get on the ballot in 2013.

Elephant Whisperer
Whether this story is true or not, it is inspiring!
SOMETHING IN THE UNIVERSE THAT IS MUCH GREATER AND DEEPER THAN HUMAN INTELLIGENCE. THE ELEPHANT'S JOURNEY TO PAY RESPECT, BUT HOW DID THEY KNOW?
Lawrence Anthony, a legend in South Africa and author of 3 books including the bestseller “The Elephant Whisperer”, bravely rescued wildlife and rehabilitated elephants all over the globe from human atrocities, including the courageous rescue of Baghdad Zoo animals during US invasion in 2003. On March 7, 2012 Lawrence Anthony died. He is remembered and missed by his wife, 2 sons, 2 grandsons and  numerous elephants. Two days after his passing, the wild elephants showed up at his home led by two large matriarchs. Separate wild herds arrived in droves to say goodbye to their beloved man-friend. A total of 31 elephants had patiently walked over 12 miles to get to his South African House.
